Simplex Conglomerate, established in 1912 with name “The Simplex Mills Company Limited” having its registered office at 30, Keshavrao Khadye Marg, Sant Gadge Maharaj Chowk, Mumbai – 400 011. The company has over nine decades of experience in the area of Textile and Paper Industry.

In the year 1974-75, the company started manufacturing unit of industrial fabric and cotton yarn at Akola, Maharashtra; and now it is a leader in this field. The company also continues to supply premium quality of shirting, suiting, poplin; cambric lawn, dress material and school uniforms in cotton as well blended.
